1. Where are you located?

Answer: Our physical store is located at 15 Guanacaste Park St. in Belmopan, Belize.

2. Do you ship to other districts?

Answer. Yes we do. We have shipped by bus, planes, boats to every district. We have found Belize Package and Mail Service to be reliable. James Bus line to the southern districts, Tropic air, Domestic Speed Mail via postal service. We are always willing to work out a solution for you. Give us a call.

3. How do I pay for my order?

Answer: You can pay online by credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit or debit card Bank Deposit  can be made at Atlantic Bank or Heritage Bank. Call us at 822-2007 for instructions.

4. How Secure is your site?

Answer: Our site is built on the shopify platform. All stores the Shopify platform are automatically PCI compliant by default. PCI is a proprietary information security standard for all organizations that store, process, or transmit branded credit cards from the major card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. By choosing Shopify to power our store, we can rest easy knowing that they have invested significant time and money to obtain  Level 1 PCI certification and that certification covers our store, its shopping cart and web hosting. 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Due the cost of international shipping it may not be cost effective to ship outside of Belize..

7. When will my order arrive?

Answer: We strive to ship orders within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Our working hours are 9am-5pm Mondays to Fridays, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays  will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Depending on the service you chose your order will arrive within two to three working days.
